Massage is available on Mondays and Thursdays and is located in the Java Gym on 7 NE near the partner elevators. You do not need to be a Java Gym member to take advantage of this service.

TIP: When booking your appointment, select the desired appointment duration. If the time you want isn't available, search different appointment durations for more options.

If this is your first appointment, you will be sent an email from Vivecorp, Inc. automatedemail@mindbodyonline.com.  This email has questions your massage therapist needs answered and an informed consent form that needs to be digitally signed.  Please complete these prior to your first appointment.  

 

Massages are performed over clothing. Please plan to wear exercise clothes for your appointment. 

 

​Payments made on this site will show on your statement as TSYS.

 

Cancellation Policy, Refunds and Instructions

You may cancel your session up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

 

To reschedule an appointment: 

1. Login in to your Mindbody account here. 

2. Click on the three parallel lines and choose the schedule option in the menu. This will bring up all of your scheduled appointments.  

3. Click the cancel button next to the appointment that you wish to cancel. If you do not wish to reschedule and would like a refund, please contact javagym@starbucks.com to request a refund. 

4. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, scroll down to the schedule and choose your new appointment time. You will not be asked to pay for the rescheduled appointment.  

 

Refunds

PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you are not eligible to receive a refund.

 

If you have canceled with more than 24 hours notice, email javagym@starbucks.com to process a refund request. Refunds will be initiated within 2-3 days of request.

 

No credits or refunds will be provided for day of cancellations or missed sessions.

 

​MASSAGE CONTRAINDICATIONS/RIGHT TO REFUSE

 

We reserve the right of the LMT practitioner to refuse service to anyone that displays cold or flu symptoms, has a cough, sore throat, skin rash, or other infections. When booking a massage appointment, please be mindful of your health. Massage is not recommended during colds or when you have the flu.

 

For the well-being of the practitioner and other clients using the service, please reschedule your session before 9:00 a.m. on the day of service if you have any sort of viral symptoms that might be contagious. If you choose to show up for your appointment with cold or flu symptoms, a cough, sore throat, skin rash, or other infections and are denied service, you will not be reimbursed.
