DAY PASSES

Thank you for joining the Java Gym as a Day Pass Member! We’re excited to welcome you into our community. (If you have navigated to this page without first registering for a Java Gym membership, please start here.)

 

Day passes are $10 per visit and can only be purchased using your credit card. There are no refunds. However, day passes can be rescheduled as many times as needed once purchased. All reschedules need to happen prior to closing time on the date of your originally planned visit. Click here for current Java Gym hours.

 

To Purchase a Day Pass:

• Click on the “See when facility day pass is offered” button. 

• Scroll down to choose the day you wish to purchase a pass for.  (Ignore the listed times. You will have access the entire day.)

• Click on the sign up button 

• Click the next button

• If this is your first time you may need to sign into your account.  

• Click the next button to purchase your day pass

• Enter your credit card information ( the system will remember this if you choose for future purchases) 

• Click complete

 

Please go to the “My Account” icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen to see what you have purchased and to make changes to any reservations.  

 

Please Note: Day passes cannot be purchased in person.

 

To Reschedule Day Passes 

All reschedules need to happen prior to closing time on the date of your originally planned visit. If not, your purchase will be forfeited.

 

To reschedule your day pass appointment, please follow the following steps: 

• Click on the “My account” icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 

• Log in 

• Click on the passes button

• Choose the day pass you would like to reschedule 

• Click the cancel button

• Click the next button 

• Once purchase has been canceled, a credit in the system has been created. 

• Choose the new day to book your day pass and use the credit to make this booking.
